Residential and business complex “Zelena Avenija” is emerging in Zemun

The ruins of the former company “Branko Plećaš” in Zemun will be replaced by the modern housing and business complex “Zelena avenija“. The clearing of the land started at the end of last year, and soon the first construction machines are expected to move into the construction site at 14 Petra Kočića Street. “Montex MK-DK invest” stands behind the ambitious investment.

A residential and business complex is planned on the plot, which will include two six-story buildings on five lamellas with accompanying facilities.
